I am an emerging sports and documentary photographer currently enrolled in the Photography & Imaging Department at ArtCenter College of Design.
As a photographer, I find it magical how the camera becomes a bridge, connecting me to worlds I never imagined I could enter. While I photograph a range of subjects, I am especially drawn to sports. Born and raised in Busan, South Korea, I’ve been a passionate baseball fan my whole life.

The series College Baseball tells the story of the Glendale College Vaqueros baseball team. As their team photographer, I documented both the off-season and the season, brings the experience of being part of the team. The project focuses on the meaningful moments that make baseball what it is.

My love and appreciation for athleticism and sports culture extends beyond baseball. Project Courts presents a different way of seeing tennis, highlighting the motion and speed of the sport through experimental photographs and unique perspectives. The images were taken during competitive matches by the USC Trojans men's tennis team.

I’m driven to push the creative challenges and to bring out the narrative and emotions of the game.

Thank you,
